PPE Valuations is led by Pieter Pienaar, a registered valuer with more than fifteen years' experience in various valuation disciplines.
After obtaining a higher diploma in mechanical engineering from the then Cape Technikon (now the Cape Peninsula University of Technology), Pieter worked for ten years in the wine, beer and food industry in the Western Cape. This included yearly visits abroad for further training with product suppliers and to gain experience in maintenance planning and project management and execution.
After obtaining a Master of Science degree (MSc) in Property Studies from the University of Cape Town (UCT), Pieter decided to combine his experience and knowledge gained in engineering and property and to focus on providing value solutions in the field of specialised property, plant and equipment, and thus PPE Valuations was created.

The mission of PPE Valuations is to provide our customers with a professional property valuation service set apart by means of staying up to date with current economic and property trends, continued studies in valuation theory and methodologies and employing the latest technologies in gathering, analysing and reporting of all data relevant to the needs of the client.
